What’s for Dinner?
There’s something very wholesome about a classic, homestyle dish like meatloaf. It reminds me of school days, family dinners, and my sweet Grandma Inga ❤️ She made a great meatloaf (using oatmeal, actually!) so I made two vegan meatloaf recipes to recreate those cozy weeknight dinner vibes.
One is fully plant-based, made with lentils, mushrooms, and herbs. The other is a hearty “meat ‘n potatoes” style meatloaf. Both are delicious, savory, and comforting. I hope you enjoy 😊
