Homemade Croutons
Cut Italian bread or sourdough into 1 inch cubes. Toss with 2.5 cups of bread cubes with 2 tbsp of olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with kosher salt and seasonings of choice like garlic powder or Italian herbs. Toss one more time to coat and then air fry at 375 for 5 minutes. Shake and cook for 1-2 more minutes or until golden brown. They’ll crisp up fully as they cool. Store in an airtight container for 4-5 days.
