Creamy Lemon Pasta
This lemon pasta is silky smooth and creamy, with lots of fresh lemon flavor and lots of vegan parmesan cheese. It’s rich! It’s decadent! It’s summery and bright! So much to love 🍋
I used to work at a French cafe in LA and they had a great lemon pasta on the menu. And while you’re correct in thinking lemon pasta is not very French, this pasta was a big hit at the cafe.
The downside? It was made with tons of heavy cream, butter, and cheese… so I created an easy vegan version that is every bit as delicious as the tasty lemony pasta I remember all those years ago.
I hope you enjoy this delicious lemon pasta! It’s great on its own or served as a side dish along side some vegan chicken and a fresh green salad.

It doesn’t get more vibrant, bright, and summery than this gorgeous Panzanella Salad ☀️ Panzanella is a rustic Italian bread salad made with tomatoes and a simple vinaigrette.
My version also features crunchy cucumbers, fresh basil, Greek olives, and homemade sourdough croutons!
It’s a cold, refreshing, and crunchy salad that’s loaded with color and texture and flavor!
Did I just become an expert bread baker??
Nope. Not even close!
These gorgeous sourdough loaves - fresh from the oven I might add! - came frozen and ready to bake in my Wildgrain box.
